The power fuse was near the OBC on the red wire, but only on older non-IQ carts.
The power fuse is internally to the OBC in most models now. DS models also have a fuse on the negative side of the charger receptacle. There is also a fuse on the sense wire. |

The procedures are in the stickies since it is different for each Club Car drive system (Series vs Sepex).

Can someone tell me where my 2002 iq solenoid gets it neutral from am getting positive but no neutral could i run a neutral from battery pack and makes it work.sol dosnt click meither does charger work Thanks in advance

When all the safety conditions are correct for the cart to move the controller will supply a low to the solenoid and enable movement.

Dosnt answer my question new batteries good charger charger will not come on
cart will not move if i check positive side of solenoid i get 48 volts if i ground to battery pack what i need to know is where does solenoid get its neutral from.also is there anyway i could by pass whatever it feeds from. Thanks |

If You read that sticky I referenced, you need to jump the White and Blue wires at the OBC 6-pin connector on the harness side.
The negative side for the Solenoid on an IQ cart comes from the controller and cannot be bypassed to pack negative. |

I have a simple question all i would like to know on a 2002 CC 48Volt IQ the writen on the OBC it says internal fuse inside is there any 2 wires i might cut into and tie toghter leading into the obc that might bypass the internal fuse Thanks in advance
