2009-2013 rxv will not move
Was given this golf cart. First time owner. When key is turned on cartjumps backwards then starts beeping. Will not move forward or backwards. Looking for any insight. Thx

Got a serial number? Is it all stock? Not lifted standard tires ect.

Not sure where serial numbers are located, no plate on passengers side glove box. Mostly stock. Knobby tires and two in one kit on back

Start by charging your batteries. If you got a digital volt meter check the pack voltage after it charges. Batteries must be good to troubleshoot cart.
I got to go maybe someone will jump in to help you. |

I did check battery pack, have 38 volts on it. Thanks for getting me started tho. Appreciate it

Sounds like voltage is way low. That's a 48V cart.
