FN1 speed controller
Can someone tell me if the FN1 speed controller for the alltrax sr 48400 increases the actual speed of your cart or just allows you to adjust the speed your cart already has?

Re: FN1 speed controller
It only allows You to select the speed within the predefined range you configure in the controller software.

Re: FN1 speed controller
In other words - it will not increase the max speed you see without the FN1 installed.

Re: FN1 speed controller
Thanks for the reply. Can a speed chip be used on a alltrax sr 48400.
I have upgraded everything possible except the motor and still only get 12 mph. |

Basically in a series cart, more amperage gives you more torque and more voltage gives you more torque and speed. If you have the 48v capable controller and solenoid, just add voltage. |

Re: FN1 speed controller
Adding voltage I would have to upgrade to a 48 volt motor, correct? By the way all of the upgrades on my cart came from you Scotty b.

Re: FN1 speed controller
Just FYI the cart in my signature runs about 18 mph but the tires are low pressure knobby style, which supposedly slow it down as opposed to a high pressure style tire.
