Default HELP! My golf cart is making feel like a DUMMY!

Back story:
I bought this golf cart not running with no batteries its a 1996 EZGO DCS TXT cart. I bought 6 6v new batteries(measure 37.9v), New Alltrax 400 controller, New solenoid, new battery cables, and new on off switch.

So here is where I am..…. I installed everything, Double checked my wiring with the diagrams supplied and the wiring diagram (attached). On the DCS test pages I get to TEST3 and I cant get 36v on pin 9. I cant seem to figure out why. I sent the controller back to Alltrax and had them look at it thinking something was wrong. It checked out good they even put it in a cart there and tested it. I ohmed out every wire and followed them from the connector back to there end point or start point. Every wire seems to be where its supposed to be. I do not hear the solenoid click.
What am I doing wrong???
Anyone in Tallahassee Fl wana help or anyone have a business that works on these carts somewhere close to Tallahassee Fl? Ill pay to get it fixed.
Thanks

Holiday weekend, and I don't know DCSs, but did you try downloading any wiring diagrams from the stickies?

I only glanced at yours, but it seems you'd want a diagram for running, not testing.

Sounds like you have a XCT-48400-DCS controller. If so, attached is a schematic for a XCT in a DCS cart.

Check for battery pack voltage (38.2V when fully charged) on the smaller of the three wires coming out of the backside of the charge receptacle. If it's not there, bypass the reed switch as shown in attachment-2

Just a few screws, if it's the same as mine. Right on top.

Just to be sure, when you say "zero volts", is that referenced to pack negative?

Pulled the 3 screws took it apart cit the little wire put an eyelet on it. Hook the pack back up measured from the Neg on the pack to the pos on the pack got 37.9 volts them measured from the neg on pack to the white wire/post now with my spliced wire on it still reading zero volts (was reading that before I I did the splice. Any more ideas?

Post a pic if you can.

I don't understand how the white wire can have zero volts.

Look at the second pic JohnnyB posted. With the charger port top off, measure the white and black cable bolts. You should read pack voltage. From the black cable bolt to the small white wire, you should also read pack voltage.

If not, the "splice" you did needs to be redone.
