BTW, nice design of your own.
Plexiglass is nice for alignment - lay the sheet over the holes, and mark exact spots for drilling. Plus there they can be slightly oversized. Here is a pic of mine mostly assembled :

Cricketo......I've always had bad luck trying to drill into plexiglass. If I have to drill 6 holes.....5 are good and one cracked the glass half-way across it.

What do you do to drill it? Just a drill....a man.....and his dog??

Well, you got to remember that there are two common plastics commonly referred to as "plexiglass" : acrylic and polycarbonate. The one in the picture is acrylic, and is indeed a pain in the butt. I got some scraps from a friend, and it was already chewed up on that side you see on the picture. I used oscillating saw to cut the rest. That thing shatters pretty easily, but a sharp bit will drill through it relatively cleanly. Polycarbonate is much nicer to work with, and it doesn't shatter. So if you have a choice, go with the second.

I took a different approach and designed individual brackets for each module. It takes a bit more filament to make those, but there is flexibility with the size / topology of the pack and also allows easy retrofit onto an existing pack (don't need to disconnect ALL wires to install these, instead can go module by module).

Additionally, there are other designs available on thingiverse.com :

Edit: just noticed in another thread that you do have an extra opening for BMS wires not visible in the picture above. Cool!

Where do you purchase these covers?
