New project
Scooped this up for a buddy last night for $250 .. says its an 85 .. gentlemen said it was a club car villager
Plan to stick some 8volts in it or maybe even 8x 6volts since we do alot of road riding here What diagram would i look at for the wiring for this .. i seen one that had alot of little micro switches but didnt see anything else unless i looked over it Thanks for the help! |

Looks like your standard series 5 solenoid DS to me. Check the stickies for that diagram.

Nice find! That's an '85 DS with modern plastic cowls on it.
You're right, this is your diagram. The five microswitches are in that little box with the plastic red caps on it. There is a little plastic, wedge-shaped slider piece in there that contacts the switches sequentially as you press the go pedal. |

I hate those micro switches... Very simple design, but can be very frustrating to work on.
