Default 48V 95 Club Car not moving after Upgrade

Ok so I just upgraded my Motor(A-1), Controller (Alltrax SR48500 0-5K) HD F/R, 400 Sol, and 2 gauge cables.

When I power my cart on all the electronics work. The reverse buzzer works. The Solenoid will Click when I hit the gas, although it will not move in either fwd or reverse. I have also tested the voltage at the solenoid and am getting 51 volts just like the pack.

When I connected to the alltrax tool kit it is showing me a error Low Throttle input underrage.

My Cart is a 95 serial number begins with A9543. For what it’s worth I feel like I wired it correctly, following the steps from carts unlimited. I know there is more than one style of cart for 95, so wondering if I have the right controller. I do not have the v glide. One other note is that when I hit my pedal in the alltrax monitor it goes from 0 to 100. No % in between even when only slightly pressed.

Any help would be appreciated.

Ok so a little more research on my end. The old controller was a Curtis 1204-410. I am showing that this controller is a 5k to 0. My new alltrax is a 0 to 5k. Would that be causing my issue? The error I see is “Low throttle input under range “

According to your serial number you have a 1995 Club Car DS.

You can change the throttle type in the Alltrax software to 5k-0.

Cancel that. I figured out how to adjust the setting. Still no luck. Same error. Low throttle input under range. No issues with the cart prior to switching out everything.

Tried under Throttle settings, “5K-0” , “club car”, and “0-5k”. The cart will not move under any setting with the same low throttle error code. The only one that shows the throttle in gaging in the alltrax toolkit under the monitor tab is the 0-5k. I am guessing this is related but it goes from 0 to 100% no matter how far the pedal is depressed.

So I have been trouble shooting with alltrax and they said they think I need a new throttle. Again my throttle is in a 95 club car. It is in a little black box under the driver side. It looks like I can not replace this but need to convert to a new throttle. Does anyone know which one that would be? Pics of what I currently have.

"0-5k" and "5k-0" are 2 wire throttle types (Club Car never used a "5k-0")

The correct throttle type for your CVP is the "Club Car".

That throttle needs 3 wires, 2 wires go to the Controller J4 (black or green) and J5 (Yellow), the negative wire (Purple) from the throttle needs to go to Controller B-.
