Aauman, I won't say what you are looking for can't be found, but I couldn't find it. I was going to do a similar install. I was unable to find a dash insert/cover that was made to contain speakers for the Precedent. There are some out there for EZ-GO and CC DS but not Precedent, that I could find. The only over the counter thing I could find was the roof mounted box that holds the head unit and the speakers.

Also, I think the reason my system sounds pretty darn good with only 2 speakers is because I didn't go any smaller than 6.5" speakers from a quality company (Polk Audio). 6.5"s put out good bass but my experience is anything smaller and you lose some of the bass. I couldn't figure out a way to get 6.5"s in the dash. I found an overhead console that would hold them but just decided I didn't want my system mounted up there.

Good luck.

Thanks for everybodys reply. Everyone has a way they think they want to do something and it helps alot to be able to put it out there so other people can say "yay or nay" due to personal experience. I am particular in the layout I want but will modify the technical side to accomplish the best end product within reason. I dont want to cheap out on it but I also am not in much better shape than most financialy. I will just take my time until I can find what I want and know what I get is going to satisfy. Thanks for all comments and or suggestions
