Sorry about not being very clear. I think I was excited the wheels were simply turning at all!

The motor is turning 3500 rpm - stock cc gears with 205/30/12 tires

You've got me on that one, I don't know what the stock CC gear ratio is.
I'm into EZGO stuff mostly, but if you can give me the gear ration, my magic spreadsheet won't know the difference.

205 is tire width in mm (8.070866142")
30 is side wall to width ratio. (2.4212598")
12 is wheel diameter in inches.
So the tire height (sidewall height X 2 + wheel diameter) is 16.842519" or 16.8"

If that was on a stock EZGO TXT (12.44:1) it would be about 14.1MPH
ON a RXV (16.99:1) it would be about 10.3MPH

I will look at this some more - I am skeptical of the rpm reading as this doesn't look like 14mph to me - not even a chance

Once I figure out more jb I will report!

Thanks for the info

And then there's this if you don't want to wait for Jb to compute:

Access from 'Quick Links' drop down menu.

I called the dealer about this.... I'm picking up my RXV next week

So we will have one to play with here and maybe get some answers.

So that is where that thing is hidden.
If I'd found it about a year ago, I probably wouldn't have taken the time to write the spreadsheet.
On the other hand, my spreadsheet calculates Percent Gain/Loss in Speed/Torque for different tire heights and gear ratios, and motor RPM at different speeds, so I probably would have.

You happen to know where the battery post repair post is hidden?

RXV's are suddenly increasing in numbers around here, probably because they are coming off leases. A local dealer has FACTORY refurbished 09's with rear seat, long roof, lights, new batteries etc. for $4995. Interestingly the batteries were 6xT-875s------NOT the 4x12s.

The other day I was out on my TXT. I was going up a long hill that I travel routinely. My cart holds 12mph on this hill with just me on it. An RXV equipped like my cart came up behind me, slowed to my speed momentarily and then pulled out and passed accelerating up the hill like I was parked. VERY impressive.
