Seat prop
With all the seat lifts other members were crafting, I sought a simple prop to use to hold the seat up while checking oil and cleaning off my magnetic dip stick or adding fuel on my G 14. It is 14.5 "s cut off an old steering shaft cover.

I just use a bungy cord to the steering wheel.

I do the same thing,I have a bungee cord on our G16,that is just for holding the seat up during refueling or checking the oil.
