Straightening steering wheel
So when I'm driving straight - the steering wheel is pointed a bit to the left - it doesn't pull however. Is there a may to straighten it out. Guess I'm too OCD.

Re: Straightening steering wheel
What model year and body type?
Earlier years had frame mounted steering and later years have axle mounted steering. The steering wheel on both types is spline mounted, so you can remove the steering wheel and remount a notch or more CW or CCW and get it closer to being centered, if not exact. The axle mounted steering has a U-joint at the bottom of the steering shaft and the top end of the U-joint can be loosed and the steering wheel can be rotated to the exact center. |
