KSI + 'Run/Maintenance' in one switch ?
Hi.
I have a 2015 Bad Boy Buggy with a Curtis 1238 controlller(s). It is flashing an error code even when the keyswitch is off. I contacted BBB/Ezgo to find out what this code means (it's a reserved code for OEM use) and they gave me the run around and told me to pound sand when I asked what it means. :/ Anyways, the work around is to flip the 'run/maintenance' switch when not in use. Is damaging to flip both the KSI and 'run/maintenance' switch at once from a single keyswitch? The built in resistor of the Tyco Gigavac means that I should still be protected from in-rush current, right? |

Re: KSI + 'Run/Maintenance' in one switch ?
'Parasitic draw eliminator kit' was suggested by both techs I talked to. They said it eliminates the 'run/tow' switch which sounds like what I want to do.
Anyone have experience? |
