Default Additional MPH

If you have stock tires and get around 22 mph...what MPH increase would you see if going with 20 inch tires?

Default Re: Additional MPH

Mathematically, if you get 22.0MPH on 18" tall tires, you'll get 24.5MPH on 22" Tall tires, but in reality the speed increase will be less, due to the 11% loss of torque across the motor's RPM spectrum.

With max inflation pressure >20PSI road tires, it might be as high as ~24MPH, but with <10PSI max inflation pressure off-road tires, you might not be able to reach the 22MPH you now get on 18" tires.
