Re: Cart won't go.. maybe ITS issues
All that looked good ( Black and white wires )
I just checked and it seems one of my batteries is at 2.x volts I thought I had changed all of them, anyway. It is blinking 2 green and 3 red |

Re: Cart won't go.. maybe ITS issues
Since the XCT will operate from 24V through 48V, it ought to power up normally at 30-something volts.
If when disconnected at bothe ends, the black and white wires don't have an Ohmic reading between them, either the ITS sensor or the controller is bad. With the 10 pin plug connected to the controller and the black and white wires disconnected from the ITS sensor in the pedal box, what is the voltage between the wires? If it isn't 10V, or greater, the controller is bad. If it is 10V, or greater, the sensor is bad. FWIW: I'm not 100% sure of what the voltage between the black and white wires without an ITS sensor connected should be, but it ought to be at least 10V since that is the nominal pedal up voltage. Contact Alltrax for exact voltage. |
