Default Help identifying lift kit

Can someone help identify this lift kit? I've attached a picture and can get any other info that you need.

I had just installed on a couple months ago, so it looked correct to me. Could also check the rear leaf springs to see how they are lifted as well.

Yes, I want to lower the cart as low as I can with 22" tires. I need to figure out what parts I currently have so that I can then determine what I need to lower it.

I think a 3" lift kit would suffice.
