I get power on I get power on 6 when pedal is down 7 when i switch to reverse nothing on 9 and 10 it drops when I press the pedal

I have power on the white wire of the its throttel but nothing on the black could that be my problem

Controller is bad could I bypas it sick of buying new controllers this is my 3rd one
