Default Fix broken instrument panel on ezgo

Can anyone point me to the best way to correct a cracked and broken instrument panel for an ezgo?

I do not have the piece that is missing. I do have some fender pieces That I could potentially use as I have to replace the fenders.

The part is 71151-G01.

Thanks for any assistance.

you can always make a template and trace it onto another piece of plastic and then plastic weld it in and sand fill with some filler and then repainted with some gloss or satin black paint.

I used JB weld to take some broken fender pieces and filled in most of the gap. I then used bondo over it to form it and fill cracks.

Thanks TWCOLEY!!! This seems to be far better than I expected. I hope it holds up!

Nice job. If that doesn't hold up check with a cart company that does upgrades. They might have an old one laying around. Also there are upgrades like this one that might cover up what you have.

Wow!!! You did some fine work there. I can only hope it holds up for you. And I mean that sincerely. From the pic, I can't tell it from factory. Again....nice work!!
