DPI or Summit 2 Charger
I was going to convert to 48v since my battery back was bad. I was able to get a battery pack with over an hour discharge time for free. I still need a charger though since my last one was a sb50 and it caught on fire.
Anyone see the new summit series 2 chargers that allow me to change the voltage? Seems like the better buy since I'm planning on converting to 48v with the next battery pack. |

Re: DPI or Summit 2 Charger
Makes sense but say you buy one off the shelf. How do they know the voltage it needs set at? I just assumed its something that could be changed on the fly.
There video makes it appear it can be changed on the fly with the different charge profiles. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j7bfBh4Egfw Could be your thinking of the regular summit series Scotty??? |
