Powerwise charger
I have a powerwise charger that isn't working.
I have replaced boards before. When I opened this one up thevboard is different than what I have seen. Also the green ground wire was not connected. Does anyone know where it goes I see two spots it could go labeled in photo. |

Green cord is connected to a bolt on the base of charger connected to the ground from the plug
