Battery manufacturers usually have a data sheet that specifies what their batteries voltage will be at 100% SOC. This info will not be on the battery.
I went to US Battery website attempting to find such info, but failed.

I swear I remember johnnieb had posted about different charging information about different brand batteries... Can't seem to find it. Maybe he'll chime in...

I did find this thread he started. Not quite what you are looking for, but good information! http://www.buggiesgonewild.com/elect...light=johnnieb

I have seen post in the past that stated FULL charge for US BAT was 51.3. For a while that was the high side of my reading. Lately it has been climbing with cart reading 51.9 and multimeter reading 51.5-51.7.

Yes I am familiar with that chart. That is why I asked in the first post if it is possible for the US batteries to be better and ABOVE that 51.3. The reason for the question is I am regularly getting better reading, up to 51.9 on cart meter and 51.4-51.5 on multimeter. A week or two earlier 51.3 was my max.

I finally got access to a good Fluke multi meter and found it read .1V higher than my Scottie meter. Now I have 'piece of mind' knowing all is well with my SOC readings!

These are the two charts I use. One is for US battery and the same as the one above, the other is for other batteries:
