Default Ezgo RXV WNR (Curtis controller)

I have a stretched RXV that will not run. The customer stated it would start to run slow and then stopped. After that it would not push with wires flopped. On the programmer, there is no current faults. Everything is operating correctly other than I am getting no Throttle Command. Mapped throttle goes up but command does not. Batteries hold voltage, cables are good. Just a heads up because I was spinning my wheels on this one, I have replaced throttle and brake sensors, switches. Replaced solenoid, controller, motor brake. Running out of ideas and hate just changing parts. I thought possible harness issue but where they normally get them around batteries everything looks good, The cart was stretched and its tight where they come up from underneath but you cant tell without pulling the entire harness. Any ideas?

Unique vehicle like that, its unknown territory. I'd first check blue wire on charge port. Download the "rxv troubleshooting guide" applicable to your year. We could offer more help if we knew what year it was.
