Cool Chrome Paint

I am currently in the works of stripping my golf cart to bare metal. In the process, I will also be stripping the wheels. Is there a reliable chrome paint out there?

Say, in theory, is there a:
Special Etching Primer
Special Primer The Goes Over Etching Primer
Special Chrome Paint That Goes Over Primer
Some Kind of Special Protective Coat?

I know I could just buy hubcaps or new wheels, but where's the fun in that!?!

I would appreciate any help!!! THANKS!!!

And if theres absolutely no hope of chrome paint, how would I replicate chrome paint or, if possible, anodized red!!! (I love anodized red car parts!!!)

All the chrome paint I ever tried looks dull and it seems to rub off on your hands.

I got dupli-color bumper chrome that works well, but if the surface isn't prepped right it looks like $hit!
