Default 98 series txt cart speed upgrade

ive just got the cart and was looking for more speed. other than a controller and upgraded forward and reverse switch what motor do yall recommend for high speed at 36 votls?

We use a D&D speed motor which gives about 20 mph in a series Ezgo.
You will need to increase the cable size and beef up the F&R and controller/solenoid to deliver the increased amperage a higher RPM motor will draw.

Awesome! I just made some 1/0 cables and put em on all the way thru. So ill get a controller and upgrade the forward reverse switch. Can i do that myself withcopper buss bar?

I bought some buss bar stock off eBay. It was less than $13.00 and was enough to do 2 cams.

got a pic of what you're talking about with the buss bar? I just put #2awg cables on everything and the cart runs much better. a f/r upgrade would be good too.

lol i looked at it and its just a set of contacts. i didn't know if the isolator needed to be beefed up or not. i seen the bars was tiny.
