Your pos from your battery should go to your selenoid and the other side of that go's to the terminal that is facing the front of your cart. your ground go's direct to the terminal on the end of your starter generator. i bet if you swap your battery cables on your battery you will be all good.

watched the video again and all you need to do is swap your cables on the battery.

I for got to post the 18awg wire but that goes from the left post of the solenoid to the SG left post from the picture above ???the post that has a dark circle around it under the (SG) lol

I removed the carb and started soaking it may be that will help, i adjusted the valves and it helped a lil. I wonder if the solenoid is not working right ?? Just throwing some thoughts lol
