A year later and you still have the same problem? Can you elaborate a bit more on what it's doing and when it does it?

Have you replaced the fuel filters? Fuel lines? New spark plug?
Have you taken the carb off and cleaned it out? Fuel additives can help sometimes but they won't fix everything, and some additives don't work well for carburetors.

There are some adjustments you can make to the carb to compensate for a lean mixture, but first you need to know the carb is clean inside. Take it off, remove the bowl, main jet, and main pilot tube. Remove the Idle mixture pilot screw on the side, blast everything out with carb cleaner and compressed air really well. Make sure none of the holes in the pilot tubes are clogged and then reassemble the carb. When you remove the main jet, take a close look at it for the size number stamped into the jet. The stamp is usually very tiny, you may need to use a magnifying glass to see it. It will help to know exactly which jet is in it, so we can check to see if it's the correct jet for low altitude. It may have had a high altitude jet installed at some point in the past.

If the fuel hoses are more than a couple years old, replace them and replace both filters. Start with that, if you still have problems after that then we can make adjustments to the carb, or to the governor cable if needed.

Has it been running fine the last year until now? have you not driven it much in the last year? What else has changed or has it never run right since you moved? This thread is pretty old now...

Really need more information to point you in an accurate direction. If it ran good after you adjusted the screw, and then you parked it for a year it will be a completely different recommendation than it's been running great the last year but just started acting up again out of nowhere vs. it was running good but slowly started acting up funny and now this is what it's doing.
