Default Turbo charger or superchager, is it possible?

Has anyone ever done it or would anyone know how and what you would need to supercharged or turbo charge a 11.5HP club car. I have been looking at this all over the Internet and I have found where they have put turbine engines on them but not without changing the whole stricture of the cart. I was wondering if it would be possible to put a turbo charger or supercharger on the small engine.

I'm no expert. I've been searching for years. Both turbo and supercharging would need very strong "lower ends/recipricating parts" to handle even low boost levels and I can't say stock golf car engines qualify. Anything is possible. They have a supercharger for small and bigblock Vangaurds, but at what cost. Good luck on your search. You maybe the one to figure it out.

I have actually found an electric one that only adds 25% more hp. So I guess I would get to 3600 rpm faster.
