yes it is 1 inch angle with some nylon bushings in between . does have about inch clearance from intake. i used a piece or 1/4-28 althread for my throttle lever. as for the fuel i asked the question a few weeks ago ,alot of people tapped off the intake breather says it works fine. im trying that now if that dont work might punch a 1/4" tube in the carb block. hope scotty doesnt get mad i rattle canned his design.
