are you sure the rubbing isn't the tire rubbing the inner fender well in the back? with 4 peeps and a stock suspension they are pretty soft

4vertical you were correct! The tires ARE rubbing the inner wheel well when the cart is fully loaded.
Time for a lift kit AND heavy duty springs. |

one other thing to watch out for is tire rubbing even after all that. if the rims don't have enough offset the tires can still rub if the cart is mis loaded correctly.
it amazes me how many times at the campground i see 2 adults on the drivers side with the kids on the passenger side. they do need to have the weight distributed for some ride quality. even with hd rear springs. -Aaron |
