Default swapping drive clutch

Question? my friend has a 1999 cc ds used drive clutch, Can I use it on my 1992 cc ds, I know they have defferent part numbers, But what is different between the two. both cart have fe 290 engines

one might be counter clock wise the other might be clock wise........when you start cart see which way engine rotates ...............theres a reason the part#,s are not the same..................................

I know my 92 cc ds fe290 is counter clockwise , and my friends 99 cc ds is clockwise, but when you buy all the parts to rebuild the clutches they are all have the same part numbers, the weights , buttons, springs, and face plates. So anyone knows why they have different?

it could be that it has to go one way for the right centrifical force i know the springs are different.....one might not open right if its kinda going backwards........................
