Angry Engine problems.

Got home a little earlier today and went to figure out my clutch situation and when I gave it gas to see if a miracle happened over night the engine would spin my drive clutch but it was like the motor would not engage. Almost like it was stuck in neutral. Then before to long my dang! Battery went dead!. If there is a club car God out there please help I'm running out of options.:

Sounds like a lack of fuel or spark Beisert. Could be a bad ignitor, coil or pulse pump. If you don't have a spark tester; just pull the plug, ground the threads and crank it. Spark ? eliminated. Next pull the fuel line and crank the motor; should be a steady stream of fuel. Try that and get back to us.

It sounds like a carburetor problem to me. Probably a float sticking.

Well I think I figured it out with a lot of head scratching.pulled my valve cover and saw a push pin was bent and pushed out of the lifter.so took it all out straightened out the pin put it all back together. Not sure how long it will last but for now everything is working like a champ.

Interesting. Weird things happen. How does a push rod mysteriously bend ?
