Default Replace all 6 or leave 2 less than 2yro batteries

I bought my cart two years ago. It an '06 48v Yamaha. This is my first cart, so I am new at this. The cart had 6 supposedly brandnew 2010 Trojans that were stamped BLEM on top. It was not long after having it i had to replace two of the batteries within a couple of months of eachother.

There are two batteries that have been used less than 2 years. So, do I replace all 6 or just 4?

Remeber- first cart. did not grow up in a country club- we road 4 wheelers.
IDIOT confession- I left it at my hunting camp on the charger. One of my buddies smelled something like rotten eggs and it was my cart. The batteries were bone dry by the time he turned off the charger. To make matters worse I did not have enough distilled water so i went to the tap. Oh yeah, one more thing I have not added any acid to them.

Is it even possible that any of the batteries are worth keeping?

No, the damage is done and you should not mix old and new batteries together.

thanks for the input. Are Powertrons really as good as Trojans?

Is $85 a battery a good deal?

Powertrons are the only low-end battery I sell at my shop so I stand by them...however nothing compares to a Trojans lifetime and they are the factory recommended replacement.

Powertrons 8V here = $81 each or $520.02 a set with Tax included

Trojan T-875 here = $102.00 each or 654.84 Tax included

The prices around Atlanta are about $5 a battery higher.
