the third pin is charger interlock. it disables the cart while plugged in. only using 2 pins will mean it is your responsibility to unplug your cart before driving away. there is no simple workaround to this i know of.

Hello new Yam golf cart owner. I have the jw2h210701 charger for my 08 drive and am charging and I have the yellow charge light on but 90% green light flashing with in 10 min of charging. Is this normal? Does this mean batts are bad? Any help is appreciated.

Thanks-
Chris

That means the voltage has increased enough that the charger thinks its 90% or more done with the charge cycle. May be a bad sign for your batteries, if they fully charge in 1 hour or less (unless they were already full when you plugged the charger in), they likely have little capacity and would discharge quickly when used.

How far has the cart been driven since the last known charge. I ask because I see this is your first post. So I'm wondering if your new cart came to you charged with little use or you've used it some and now it charges quicker then it should if the batteries are in good shape.

Hi, I'm hunting down a part i need and was wondering if anybody knows where to get it Charger jw2-h2107-01 has died on me no life, i found
a transformer inside the smaller one labeled SEI04806004H-PF and the other side in pen 12.4 this has lifted off the board but held in my glue and i can see where wires are not connected to the board anymore, i had a 2nd one of these chargers that was also dead from years ago, i was going to rob it of the part but once i removed the white glue i found that unit has the same problem i may be able to fix both if i can find this transformer. anybody have any idea's ?
