Does plum quick ship you the motor and then you ship the old one back or do you have to send yours in first.?

The bandit upgrade is done on Your Motor, so obviously you need to send it first.

You can also buy a bandit upgrade that was done on some other core for additional cost.

They also sell other Motors that are not based on your OEM core.

They have Bandit motors ready to go some of the time, just depends on which motor you have. When I bought mine last year I paid the $225 plus a core charge (can't remember the exact amount, maybe $180) and they shipped the bandit motor to me. When I installed, I shipped my stock motor back and they refunded my core charge.
