Default Battery Pack Question??

I have a 36V EZGO TXT that recently has begun to not keep a charge very long. I checked the voltage on all six batteries, and the first two (next to the controller) gauged 4.3 and 5.1. All others show between 6.1 and 6.4.

Should the two batteries be replaced? They both have water. Have not done a load test.

Thanks for any input or advice!

Are your lights or any other 12v accessories connected to those two?

If so, charge those two together with a 12v charger. Then charge whole pack together.
