Scotty B. And Carts unlimited
I just wanted to let everyone know what a stand up first class guy Scotty B is. My Admiral B2 motor burned up. I decided to go back with an EMP motor. I sent pictures of the motor to Chuck at EMP. Chuck informed me that Redhawk had installed the wrong armature in my motor. My cart is a 99 DCS with a XCT48500 Altrax controller. The Admiral B2 was purchased in the Spring or early summer of 17. I contacted ScottyB at Carts Unlimited and sent him copies of the email from Chuck and pictures of the motor. Scotty said he had never seen this issue. He contacted Redhawk and is in the process of trying to get the motor made up. ScottyB is first class. He and CartsUnlimited have gone above a beyond the call of duty to get this issue resolved. I HIGHLY recommend ScottyB for any and all your golf cart needs. Thanks again for all your help Scotty.👍
