Default No power at key switch TXT PDS

My mother in law has a txt with PDS that stopped in my front yard, so now I gotta fix it.

My TXT is running like a top, for the record.

So I fixed up all the obvious cable corrosion issues. and found there is no power at the key switch. There is a white/yellow wire that comes from the 1206 box to the key switch and it is showing 2.6 v, even though the batteries in general are showing 36.8 v. Further the white/yellow wire shows zero ohms resistance between J1 pin 8 and the back of the key switch, as does the white/yellow>>white return wire.

I am guessing the controller is toast, but??

any thoughts?

Cheers
Jerry

Try cleaning all the plugs and jacks.

The B+ voltage to the solenoid coil goes in and out of the 1206MX controller many times.

The attached images may help.

The various plugs and jacks are all like-new-shiny-clean under that cover.

Thanks for the diagram, I can do a little more testing when the sun gets back around.

Thanks
