Re: 90 club car
I would think wired wrong would move more than a little, but unsure. Maybe worn insulation on some wires from microswitches? water in conduit? real gunky F/R switch?

Re: 90 club car
Just for clarity, I assumed the pedal still worked and the slight move was when the key was turned while in gear. Is this correct?

Re: 90 club car
Something is telling the solenoid to go... other than checking prior goofy stuff mentioned, could be the Vglide itself needs adjusting- I think theres a microswitch in there too.
OR I have a thick mat on my floorboard, looks like expanded rubber- sometimes the pedal gets hung up on it, hope its that simple |

Re: 90 club car
cart shouldn,t go as soon as you turn key on so try this...........try pushing pedal to floor and see if it still does it and if so then yes could be hanging up......floor mat, possible microswitch..............does solenoid click as soon as you turn key on cause it shouldn,t until you press pedal a bit.....................
