. . CC makes a mod kit for converting 4 12v's to 6 8v's, but way over priced for what it is in my opinion . . . check ebay for an aftermarket conversion kit . . it is comprised of a few aluminum angle pieces that get bolted into current setup to support the 2 additional batteries . . . I could have bought a kit from my local CC dealer recently for about $125, which is about 1/2 normal price, but did not want to convert . . .

Also you can get angled aluminum at Home Depot and probably figure something out. Would probably need some hold downs too.
