EZGo Body change
When did they change over from the all steel body to the plastic. My '91 EZGo is Model # K1891, which I think means mfg. on May 18, 1991. Did I get a surprise when I started to remove the body instruction I have seen so far, only to find many bolts and rivets.

Re: EZGo Body change
96' was the first year of Plastic. They dropped the Marathon in 94',then introduced the Medalist in 94.5,also a steel-body,but rounded. The TxT was introduced in 96',same chassis,etc...as the Medalist, but Plastic Body.Hope this helps.

Re: EZGo Body change
So that is where the TXT comes in. Thanks for the info and yes it does help. There is a ton of knowledge required for a newbie like me to understand all the buzz words and names. I am going to try and put a Jeep looking front end on this cart. Hope I am not in over my head.
