Default New batteries

I bought new batteries today Trojan 105 and one is a 2012 and the other 5 are 2013. I checked voltage and the 5 were 6.4 and the 2012 was 6.04volts. He assured me they would be all right and the battery had never been charged. My question is should I be concerned.

The net results will be that the five newer batteries will soon acquire the same age as the one older battery, so get another new battery or at least a discount.

Get a 2013 batt like the other 5!
That one 2012 will be weaker and will damage the good 5...

This is what I thought, I'm going to take it back Tuesday. It stays about .2 volts less than other batteries.

Excellent decision  !! Your pack is only as good as your "worst" battery.
