The struts could be worn out. Instead of being lazy/sloppy when worn out, they actually bind up.

Scottyb, you made this look easy, I just ordered the 400 controller and solenoid from you. Needed a little more torque and speed with 20” tires.

The YDRE upgrade is easy Access is excellent. ( unlike the Precedent ) The hardest part is installing the flex mount adapter. And if you get the BIG 400 solenoid you will need to make one mount hole. Electrically it is almost all PnP... Couple of crimp connectors need changing (again depending upon which solenoid is used). These tools should be in your toolbox

I got the 200 solenoid, should I have gotten the 400 solenoid ?

How are the drive carts holding up with just a controller? How soon after install did the motor burn out? What mods when it did?
