Why would you want to? The 2022 icon controller is pretty capable and easy to program.

Is there anyone running factory Lithium batteries with a stock tune?

I recently plugged into a standard battery cart and the parameters are different than my factory lithium settings.

I am looking for a few stock values.

My cart: 2022 Advanced EVLifted with Lithium

Which settings?

My dealer replaced the lead acid batteries with a li ecobattery. I doubt they tweaked any settings because of that.

What li battery does the factory use? Does it use the battery gauge on the dash or is there an additional gauge that was added.

With my li battery, the battery gauge on the dash is always 100%. I looked at the bdi settings to see if I could adjust it to sort of reflect what the ecobattery gauge reports but I couldn't figure out how to do so.

But now you got me curious as to what else is different.

A LOT is different when we compared 2 2022 Advanced EV carts. The areas we focused on were the RPM and AMP limits on the Power tab. I am not in front of my cart now to verify numbers but the max amp draw limits was much higher in my LI cart.

I wonder if it actually makes a difference though. I maxed out my current settings and it made zero impact on performance. The plots look exactly the same. :(

Changing the setting on Base Mot 5 to 150 amps made a huge difference on top end power, not of the other made a difference as my cart never seemed to reach the default limits already. Something else seems to be holding power back.

Changing the Base Mot settings across the board on the non-lithium gave considerable power across the entire rpm band.

What are your Power Limit values for MOT 0-5 and RPMs?

Right now 350 350 300 300 250 250. The cart came set to 350 300 250 230 180 150. RPMS are 600 1500 2000 3000 4000 6000.

If you look at my previous plots, you'l see that even with them all set to 350, the acceleration and current draw is exactly the same as the stock setting.

But if your bs 5 limit was below 150, I guess it could make a difference.

Thats odd. These settings directly affect the current draw allowed at those RPM's and affect speed and acceleration. I'm getting ready to post my results. But changing the max speed 03.02.01 (set to a max of 60.1) only got me a little more speed. The current limits were to low to be able to reach top speed. I was only getting around 31mph, 5985rpm, with a max current draw of 189.8amps.

So I set all the current limits to 400amps, this allowed a max speed of 36.6mph, 7056rpm, with a max current of 245.6amps.

I think I can do some more tweaking and get a faster acceleration.
