CC DS 48v solenoid clicks but cart won’t move
I’m currently fixing a 2001 CC DS 48v stock controller with rotary style f/r. When the pedal is pressed in forward or reverse the solenoid clicks but the cart does not move. Current pack voltage is 48.2. Trying to charge it now. I bypassed the OBC and the cart was working now it’s not. The f/r is older but appears to make a good connection. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Put a new f/r in and no change. Now some times the solenoid clicks and some times it doesn’t. Pack voltage is 51.2 volts after being off charge for an hour. Is there a way to test the solenoid?

Just put a new solenoid in and now the solenoid gives one initial audible click and nothing else. Hopefully someone reads this and will share some insight.

you can go here and find your controller. It should have installation instructions that have test for several components of your cart. Maybe this will help

Your motor brushes might need replaced.
