Default primary clutch

Can someone please tell me where to get and what kind of primary clutch will work on my club car. I installed a predator 420cc engine on it. It needs a clutch with a 1” bore. Please help I have tried a couple cheaper comet ones and they suck. Thanks in advance.

This is one example of a good clutch for your application. A few more of our forum sponsors carry this clutch and other options.

What sucks about it/them?
And what secondary clutch are you using? Is it new? Rebuilt?
What belt are you using?

The clutches work as a pair, so if one isn’t working properly, neither will work properly.

If your original clutch was OK then this may help. https://www.cartpartsplus.com/perfor...clutch-adapter

It’s the original secondary clutch and what belt do you recommend. With stock gears what’s top speed?

Vegas Carts. Buy both the drive and. Driver clutch from them. Install and measure for belt length. You can learn how to do that here or find a video. Then order the belt from Vegas. Get the widest belt for your clutch set up. You won't be disappointed.
