Engine change over
Has anyone changed over a G1 gas engine to a 4 stroke engine. If so what engine will work best?

Re: Engine change over
Several people here have done it (i have not). Clone swaps are popular. The biggest problem is changing the rear axle (not super difficult, but a added expense). The G1 2-stroke runs backward to achieve reverse gear, the rear axle has no reverse gear.

Re: Engine change over
You'd be easiest to drop a whole G2/9 entire cradle/trans/engine in there, but could be costly. Putting a clone in is a project on any cart, though the kits make it easier.
