Default 2009 Model: YDRE JW2-F4236-30 Not running

This cart WAS running a few days ago just fine and then all of a sudden it stopped. 48-50V in the pack and I get a solenoid click when switching to "run" and also when you slightly roll the cart with it in "run" but no click or movement at all with the actual pedal. Does this sound like a connection issue or a switch/component issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated; thanks

JW2-F4236-30-00 is a decal number not the serial#. Do you hear a back up buzzer when it is switched into reverse? You say you can roll it and it will run? I would try a couple of things....Jack it up, volt meter on battery pack, push pedal and see if voltage drops. Check for full battery voltage at run/tow switch/ key switch/ accelerator pedal stop switch. With car in run, push the car, do you hear the back up buzzer beep and do you feel resistance (anti run away)? and report back.

Ok sorry I was just able to get back to you on this..so...I've got full voltage at the battery pack 50.1V. Voltage does NOT drop with the pedal pressed. I've got full voltage at the run/tow switch, key switch...I"m not sure which switch you mean for the pedal stop switch though so i check both and do NOT have 48 volts on either one but I DID however disconnect the plug from each one and checked at the plug. I get a solenoid engagement every time I A. Flip it from tow to run B. Roll the cart slightly either forward or reverse but the cart does NOT run at ALL either WITH the pedal or rolling it. The back up buzzer DOES beep and I DO feel resistance when it's in forward and I roll it either way and the backup buzzer engages like normal when it's put in reverse.

Sounds to me like a controller issue. check to see if you have voltage at the negative black wire small post on the solenoid when the pedal is pressed. You should get 48 volts from the controller if its good. Hope this helps.

Here's diagram.

All these things get their B+ power from same place, but pedal switch is interrupted by key switch. Is key switch good?

You have several things that "are working" that normally doesn't work when controller is bad, I am not aiming there yet.

Thanks guys it was actually the throttle stop switch...(the switch on the bottom of the accelerator)...put a new one on and it went to working like a champ.
