Default Good power up hill then BAM stops moving

The motor seems to be fine (I think...) as I go up the hill it’s fine with good power and about 5 seconds later it immediately stops and I am not sure if it’s a clutch or power issue. It keeps running and the motor noise doesn’t change. How can you diagnose the clutch is ok? I have put a 42 inch belt.

I have watched the clutches work on jack stands but not under load. When low Rpms shouldn’t the clutches stay as they are at stopped position for maximum tq?

Should I try plugs etc?

Thanks!
