2008 Rxv brake acts like a battery problem question
My wife's cart just started having a problem with abrupt stopping, then it starts hopping in reverse, and now it starts stopping after about 20 ft forward. Now we have all 3 problems. Batteries have been load tested good. I was just looking for confirmation from the brains if they have seen this and should I just order a new one?

Probably another encoder problem, or corrosion in the harness, polluting the signal.

Turns out my problem was the elect brake assembly. It looks like water intrusion.

When the encoder fails the car just goes 1MPH with an audible grinding noise from the motor. It won't stop completely. Electric brakes often toss you like an angry horse. Also with a nice, ripe electrical smell.
