maybe the voltage regulator is not working or the generator ? Doyou have a volt meter to check the battery at a stand still and then while the engine is reving?

A healthy battery should never be below it's rating. 12v in this case and it should go up when the engine is running. It will vary but, above 13v would do the job....

I have the same problem with my cart replaced the starter generator and even pulled it back off and had it checked locally its ok. Grounded the green wire and didn't get any different reading on the volt meter. Had 12.6 volts before I started it then it would jump all over the place while running. Went from 5.4 to 14.23 volts while running it in the air jacked up. I also got the same reading with the green wire hooked up to the regulator. Any ideals would be greatly appreciated.
