I don't know how well it tugged it but I bought a cart from the local airport who used it for this and they said it did great. It was a stock EZGO 36 volt PDS cart. They where on flat ground also. I don't know about any planes being stuck that they pulled out.

Just helped my buddy rebuild a workhorse cart for our local airport. 400 amp series controller and a 15 to 1 rear. They pull just about everything and have harness connections on the side with custom cables in case they have to jump a plane.
